Ingredients

½ cup old fashioned oats

1 cup water

½ cup berries of choice

2 pitted dates, finely chopped

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp hemp hearts (or the entire seed)

1 tsp sunflower seeds

½ tsp cinnamon

  1. Place the oats and water into a small pot and bring to a gentle boil.
