3 Weight Loss Frozen Treats to Beat the Heat
Mixed Berry Weight Loss Sorbet
1 cups frozen berries of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 unsweetened almond milk
1 cup ice chips
1 packet SLIMQUICK Pure Mixed Berry Drink Mix
1 tsp lemon juice
1 sprig mint
Place the ice in a powerful blender and blend until broken down into a chunky slush. Add in the almond milk, 1 SLIMQUICK Pure Mixed Berry Drink mix packet and the lemon juice, and continue to blend until well combined. Pulse in the frozen fruit until you have a thick sorbet. Scoop into bowls, serve very cold with a sprig of mint.

1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana, sliced
1 scoop SLIMQUICK Pure Protein French Vanilla
1 ½ cups light coconut milk
Place all ingredients into a powerful food processor and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and serve.

Honeydew Lime Sherbet
4 ½ cups honeydew melon, rinds removed, cubed
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
¼ cup raw honey
¼ cup cold water
Sprigs of mint for garnish
Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the honeydew cubes on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a bit of space in between each piece. Freeze overnight.
In a powerful food processor, combine the frozen honeydew and all of the other ingredients. Blend until you achieve a thick sherbet consistency. Scoop into bowls, serve very cold with a sprig of mint.
