No-Bake Cocoa-nut Bars
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup 100% pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Place all ingredients into a food processer, and process into a thick, uniform batter. Press the batter into a 7×7 baking pan or container, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then cut into bars and store in the fridge or freezer.
