As the SLIMQUICK Pure Coach one of the questions on Facebook that I commonly get is a variation on the below:
“How many pills/drink packets should I have in a day?”
“After Week 4 do I take 4 pills twice daily?”
“Can I stay at 2 pills a day; do I have to go up to 3 pills in the third week?”
Now the answers to these questions are all related to the graduated dosing procedure. On the side of most of the boxes there is a little chart that explains what that is. During week one, you would take 1 serving in the morning with breakfast and one serving in the afternoon along with a snack. It is important that you take SLIMQUICK Pure along with food so that you are not taking it on an empty stomach. The second week you would take 2 pills twice daily and then the third week you would finally take the FULL dosage of 3 pills twice daily. DO NOT EXCEED THIS. This is your active dosage, you should never exceed the full dosage – it will not enhance your results in any way.
So why is there a graduated dosing procedure anyways? Due to the nature of the fat burning ingredients in SLIMQUICK Pure, every woman’s body can take some time to adjust to them. Even by the third week, some women will find that they are not ready to go to the full dosage. This is completely fine; you may need another week at 2 pills twice daily before going to the full dosage. Trust your body first. Also, take a look at your current diet to see if you are still drinking a lot of caffeinated beverages (such as coffee or coke) which can enhance the “stimulating” effects of SLIMQUICK and try to cut them out as much as possible.
In addition, if you have never used a fat burning supplement in the past, I would suggest starting off with using our Regular Strength product before using Extra Strength. This way your body can become accustomed to SLIMQUICK Pure. If you find that the Regular Strength is too strong, you can even start off using the Caffeine Free formula.
The Caffeine Free SLIMQUICK Pure does not have a graduated dosing procedure; it starts you off with the full dosage of 3 servings twice daily. This is because it is stimulant free and your body would not need to adjust to the dosage. However, if you feel more comfortable using the graduated dosing procedure on Caffeine Free then go right ahead!
