5 Delicious Smoothies that Seriously Perk Up Your Diet
smoothies

A well-made smoothie is a healthy, low-calorie, high-nutrient and balanced snack or meal replacement that helps you fuel your body right while shedding pounds.

AND. It’s also so much more. It’s quick and easy to throw together, it’s conveniently portable, needs minimal prep, requires absolutely no cooking skills, can be thrown together on any kind of a budget, allows you to explore your creative side (a.k.a. allows you to creatively chuck all your left-over fruits and veggies into the blender before spoiling), is easy to digest, and is a great way to get yourself to eat all of the healthy things you probably wouldn’t have if not masked inside a sweet, creamy and vibrantly colored drink.

AND. It’s delicious. AND. Can be tailor-made to fit your personal tastes. AND. Can be slurped loudly through a kooky silly straw. That covers it.

Try these 5 creamy and delicious smoothies, packed with natural whole ingredients that promote weight loss, fat burning, energy and good health.
