Weight Loss Recipe: 10 Super Slimming Salad Dressings

One of the biggest weight loss mistakes women can make is to underestimate the power of salad dressing.

Salad dressing is a serious matter. After all of the internal struggle you’ve gone through to select salad for lunch, after all that painstaking veggie scrubbing, chopping, slicing and dicing, after all that effort spent desperately tunnel visioning the salad directly in front of you to tune out the greasy smells and colorful wrappers of the fast-food meals surrounding you — the right salad dressing can turn that meal into a satisfying mouthful of crunchy delight that brings you closer to your weight loss goal, one salad bowl at a time. The wrong salad dressing can drown out all of the weight loss benefits you’ve put your efforts into reaching, turning that salad into the calorie-equivalent of a Big Mac.

Made with natural, healthy ingredients and free of added sugar, unhealthy fats and preservatives, these flavorful weight loss salad dressings can be added to any type of salad you prefer. Once you’ve stocked your pantry right, you can easily throw these drizzlers together for a quick impromptu meal, or can make a larger batch in advance to store in the fridge for a week.
