1 cup spring water
1 frozen banana *
1 cup raspberries or strawberries
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp ground flax seeds **
½ cup spinach
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
*Pop a ripe banana into the freezer the night before, or several for the whole week.
**Buy whole flax seeds, and then grind them in a coffee grinder, ideally right before you make your smoothie.
