Sure, SLIMQUICK Pure’s Raspberry Ice tastes delicious all on its own mixed in water. But if you are having it along with breakfast, why not make it a PART of breakfast. Most of my female clients have some issues getting enough protein in their diet as well, so if you have a good protein powder you can use it in this chocolate raspberry smoothie. After all, chocolate and raspberry is a classic combination. (Feel free to try other variations.)
5-6 ice cubes
½ cup light chocolate milk (you can use almond or soy as well)
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop protein powder (preferably chocolate)
1 packet of SLIMQUICK Pure Raspberry Ice
Combine all ingredients into a blender, if it’s too thick add a bit of water to thin it out. If you find that it is too thin, then add more raspberries or ice. In this smoothie you get 2 servings of fruit, some protein and calcium all along with a fat burning boost to your day.
