SLIMQUICK Mixed Berry PUNCH Recipe

recipe_6921The great flavor of SLIMQUICK Mixed Berries makes it easy to incorporate into your daily life. While the drink mix tastes great on it’s own mixed with water, there are some easy and fun ways to change things up. With summer now in full swing and the 4th of the July just around the corner, I have decided to share with you a delicious Mixed Berry Punch that you can make ahead of time and keep in the fridge for whenever you need a delicious SLIMQUICK energy kick.

1 teabag
1 cup (250ml) boiling water
120g raspberries
150g blueberries
125g strawberries, halved
¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
750ml chilled sparkling apple cider
2½ cups (625ml) 2 packets of SLIMQUICK Mixed Berries mixed in water

 

Place teabag in mug, cover with the boiling water; stand 10 minutes. Squeeze teabag over mug, discard teabag; cool tea 10 minutes.

Crush raspberries in punch bowl; add blueberries, strawberries, mint and tea. Stir to combine, cover; refrigerate 1 hour. Stir cider and lemonade into punch just before serving; sprinkle with extra mint leaves, if desired.
