Return/Refund Policy

Consumers who wish to return SLIMQUICK are to adhere to the following process to receive credit for the items returns:

  • Contact Customer Care to obtain a CRA (Consumer Return Authorization) number that must accompany the return in the shipment instructions. We suggest that it be included on the outside label of the shipping box

  • All items must be returned no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

  • All Shipping and Handling charges are nonrefundable.

Note that we cannot process packages marked “Return to Sender”. Returned packages require a CRA number.
