Its been awhile but its been a great journey thus far! I am happys to annouce that I have lost 30lbs!! which is about half way to my goal! It feels awsome! And I have slimquick to thank for most of it! I have lost 30lbs, 5 inches from my waist and gonedown 4-5 pants size depending on the brand. If I could achieve this anyone can!! We are all in this together!!!
April 25, 2010 - since Christmas 2009, I've officially dropped from 188 lbs to 157 lbs. 31 lbs! I can hardly believe it! And even though I feel the difference, I didn't realize just how much of an impact 31 lbs makes until looking at these before and after photos. I'm amazed!
I still have another 32 lbs to go before I reach my ultimate goal of 125 lbs, but I know now that I CAN do it!
The first 31 came off through light exercise, SQ, and a total reworking of my eating habits. I follow a 1200-1300 calorie diet and completely dropped sodas, energy drinks, and fruit juices. I drink water, only water, all day and everyday (sometimes with sliced fruits such as pineapple, oranges, blueberries, kiwi and strawberries added in for flavor). I'm going to start increasing my exercise, stick with the water only policy and continue with trusty SQ, and hopefully I'll be just as successful with this last half of the weight!
And last, but not least... Stick with it Ladies! If I can do it, so can you!!! <3
Hey ladies...i'm officially 145 pounds right now! It feels so amazing that i'm even more motivated to keep up with the diet and exercise!!! That's about 21 pounds since the end of july. I love slimquick...and i love everyone on this site that has helpe me to actually stick to this plan! Thanks so much!!
I have been taking Slimquick for about a year and I have lost 94 pounds and have about 13 more to go.I thought it was going to be hard but it really wasn't. I just watched my fat grams mostly. I think Slimquick is the best thing to hit the market for women, and I tell all my friends that is what they should take. I have been on every diet known to man, low carb, low fat, phen phen everyone of them and Slimquick works.I am stuck right now so if anyone has any suggestions I would be glad to hear them. I wish I had a before and after full photo but I only have a face photo that I will post. I wish I would have found this website when I started so that everyone could see.
