How to take SLIMQUICK® 7-Day Gentle Cleanse

DIRECTIONS: Take your first serving (4 capsules) with lunch and your second serving with dinner. Take this product with at least 8 oz. (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See choking warning. Drinking ten 8 oz. glasses of water per day during the cleansing period is recommended. SLIMQUICK® 7-Day Gentle Cleanse should be used in conjunction with a cleansing diet and exercise program. Do not take for more than 7 days. To continue your weight loss journey beyond SLIMQUICK® 7-Day Gentle Cleanse, immediately incorporate SLIMQUICK® Ultra Fat Burner caplets or Ultra Fat Burner packets into your sensible diet and exercise program. Read entire label before use and follow directions.
