In November 2013 I look at a picture of myself and one of my old music teachers and finally decided that it was time to loose some of that weight I had been struggling with since my daughter was born in 2008. I started working out at my local Gold’s Gym Express at the beginning of December 2013, weighing in at 255 lbs. This was the same day I had started the SQ fat burner regimine. I accompanied an hour workout of cardio and weight lifting 5-6 days a week with a healty diet of salads, fruits and veggies. I also stopped drinking soda and only allowing myself water and teas. By day 6 I had already lost 10 lbs! As of early March 2014 I am currently at 227 lbs. A total of 28 lbs!
I am still to this day keeping up with my SQ regimine and cardio activity. I am weightlifting more then ever and have bumped back up to 230, but have noticed a great reduction of fat loss being replaced by muscle. I have lost at least 5 inches in my stomach alone, and the muscles are starting to become stronger and more toned. I still have a bit to improve, but have come a long way.
