Chill Out with Ice-Cold Protein Pops

Incredibly easy to throw together, made with natural ingredients and deeeeeeee-lightfully delicious, they’re the perfect cool-down treat to beat the heat.

They’re also an excellent source of high-quality protein that helps you slim and trim down for bathing suit weather. Try swapping your healthy protein smoothie with one of these frozen pops instead, for a fun summer-time change of pace.

 

Pretty & Pinkalicious Popsicles

4 Tbsp cooled raspberry tea, or rooibos tea, or rosehips tea, or water

½ cup plain Greek yogurts

½ cup strawberries, green tops removed, chopped

½ cup watermelon, de-seeded and chopped

1 banana, peeled, frozen, chopped

½ pink grapefruit, peel and seeds removed, chopped

1 scoop SLIMQUICK Pure Protein French Vanilla

Popsicle molds

Place all ingredients into a powerful food processor and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and serve.

Makes about 6 pops.

4 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

4 Tbsp plain Greek yogurt

½ cup canned pureed pumpkin

1 peach, pit removed, chopped

Popsicle mold

Place all ingredients into a powerful food processor and blend until well combined. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze and serve.

Mexican Chocolate Fudgesicles

½ cup natural cashew butterslimquick_protein

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup pure maple syrup

¼ tsp salt

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup milk or unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp chili pepper or cayenne pepper (or to taste)

1 scoop SLIMQUICK Pure Double Chocolate Protein Powder

Popsicle molds

In a food processor, blend the cashew butter, honey, salt, cocoa powder, protein powder and chili pepper. With the processor still running, gradually pour in the milk, until the mixture is smooth and the milk is completely combined.

Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture into each mold, inserting a popsicle stick into each compartment. Freeze until firm, about 6 to 8 hours.

1 ½ cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 frozen banana, sliced
