Feel That Stretch!

Stretching is a key component of any exercise regime.  You should stretch before and after your workout. If stretching before, make sure you warm up for five to ten minutes with a cardio exercise (e.g. walking on a treadmill enough to break a sweat). Ten minutes of stretching before a workout keeps your entire body loose and makes you less prone to injury. Stretching after a workout is equally important as it prevents muscle tightness, helps cool down your body, and promotes faster recovery.
