Watermelon Detox Chiller

3 cups cut watermelon

frozen juice of 1 small lime

1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves, chopped

1 tsp. flax seeds

1 packet SLIMQUICK Pure Drink Mix (optional – use as directed on package)

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve cold.

Peach & Ginger Tonic Water

2 ripe peaches

thinly sliced 4 2-inch chunks of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1 lemon, thinly sliced

Ice cubes  ¾ tsp stevia powder, or to taste

Pack down the peach, ginger, lemon and mint into the bottom of a 2 liter glass Mason jar. Pour over with water, filling the jar almost to the top (leave a few inches of room at the top).  Toss in the stevia powder, cap the jar, give it a few shakes, and then refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, fill serving glasses three quarters full with ginger peach tonic water, and fill the rest of the glasses with ice cubes. Allow the cups to rest a few minutes on the counter, so that the ice cubes begin to sweat and partially melt.  Sip and enjoy.

Protein Pina Colada Cooler

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks, frozen (unsweetened)

1 frozen peeled banana

½ cup coconut milk

½ cup orange juice

1 scoop SLIMQUICK Pure Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, serve cold.

Mint Limonade Iced Teasummer-drinks_small

7 cups water

3 mint tea bags

½ lime, sliced into rounds

Juice of 1 ½ limes

10 drops liquid stevia, or to taste

Handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes

Boil 6 cups of water in a sauce pan. Once boiling, insert the tea bags and remove the sauce pan from the heat. Allow the tea bags too steep for 10 minutes, then discard the bags and allow the tea to cool at room temperature. Pour the cooled tea into a large glass pitcher along with 1 cup of very cold water, the liquid stevia and the lime juice. Stir well and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, add the mint leaves, lime slices and ice cubes into the pitcher.

Iced Strawberry Slush

20 fresh strawberries, tops removed

frozen Juice of 1 lemon

10 – 12 ice cubes

5 drops liquid stevia, or to taste

1 packet SLIMQUICK Pure Drink Mix (optional – use as directed on package)

Pulse all ingredients in a blender until the mixture reaches a slushy consistency. Serve cold.

Dark Chocolate Anti-oxidant Smoothie

1 cup cold organic milk

1 scoop SLIMQUICK Pure Chocolate Flavored Protein Powder

½ frozen peeled banana

½ cup fresh kale leaves

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tbsp. dark chocolate shavings or chips (70% cocoa or higher)
